Very rude been I have been going for years. never have ant problems till now. No customer service anymore. They picked my daughter's chart up put it back. But calls my son back before my daughter then calls someone else who came in after us. There appointments were at 3:00 and 3:30. It is now after 4 and I was 10 minutes early also there wasn't alot of people. All they weren't busy doing was laughing and talking rather than trying to get there patient's taking care of.
