Dr Michael Sutherland is the most Experienced Knowledgeable Caring Lung Specialist ever ! Michael has pulled me through some really tough times with my lungs and breathing ! I Trust Michael with all my heart … as the person who has your total well being at heart ! I am dismayed at the reviews here that judge Dr Sutherland by experiences dealing with support staff on the desk ! People can have a bad day ! But truly in Michael and John’s hands have only ever felt totally cared for professionally !
Dr. Sutherland has been amazing, I've been on an allergy course for the past year and a half. He is super thorough in asking questions about my progress, and continually ensuring my mediation and dosage is correct for me. The new receptionist Karen is a dream to speak with and is always happy to go the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect.
Receptions was immediately dismissive and rude. Told me there was a 3-4 month wait and didn’t leave me much room to ask questions before ending the conversation with a need for a referral.
