Dr. Silvas reminds me of an old-fashioned doctor ... attentive, concerned, responsive and knowledgeable. He actually sets the laptop aside and not only listens to you, but asks questions and communicates his thoughts and the information in an understandable and relatable manner. His ability to diagnose, as well as his judgement regarding treatment, have proved to be excellent. Additionally, his entire staff is caring and always follow up as required or requested. I highly recommend the office of Dr. Silvas to all.
I worked with Dr Silvas in the hospital as he was finishing up his residency. He is definitely one of the strongest residents we have had. He is extremely smart, extremely skilled, kind, and a great listener. Would send anyone in my family or see him myself for treatment of medical problems without hesitation.
He is a great doctor, I was with him for many years. He was always right about my diagnoses and refered me to the correct specialists. He truly cares for his patients, his wife works on the office with him as well. This is a family owned practice. I had to go to another doctor due to insurance etc. :(
Dr. Silvas has been my primary care physician for several years. He is thorough and intuitive about possible causes of medical conditions. He accurately diagnosed Valley Fever and allowed me to receive quick treatment for a potentially fatal fungal infection. Although I moved 300 miles away, I still see Dr. Silvas as my primary care physician.
