As always, I had as good an experience as one can at the dentist.
Dr Shen is rude and arrogant. I had the displeasure of having to see him twice a few years ago to get an emergency procedure done. During that small sample he made jokes that his overweight patients broke his exam room chair, and tried to guilt trip me over my tooth care regimen, even though I followed his instructions carefully. Additionally, the way he talks to his staff is very condescending. In my opinion, he wants your money and thats about it.
