I believe Dr. Seawell is a competent physician; however, our experience raised serious concerns about ethics and patient autonomy. My grandmother required cardiac clearance for a necessary procedure on her legs due to non-healing wounds. Dr. Seawell declined to provide clearance, stating that he could perform the same procedure himself. Great Doctor and a very caring human being
Dr. Seawell saved my moms life. If it wasn’t for him listening to my mother’s symptoms, she would have had a heart attack. He performed multiple tests, CT heart scan with contrast which lead to a heart cath and determined she had an aneurysm and needed open heart surgery. We thank the Lord for him and his attentiveness. Our family is forever grateful for him. He’s the best cardiologist in the RGV! May God bless him always. - Delpha Ramon.
