This office is an absolute joke and completely unorganized. My son had an appointment at 11:15am, pre-registered online to help the process run smoothly to just sit in a full waiting room and after 30 minutes my husband is told, with attitude, “I can check but we are backed up. I could maybe get him in a room in 10 minutes but I’m not sure how long you’ll have to wait in the room.” What a disaster this place is. Very good Doctor. !!
Dr. Major is a talented ENT and surgeon. He fixed my deviated septum so I can breathe much better than I was able to before. I just disagree with how things are handled with billing. He owns a stake in Mount Ogden Surgical center. If you get surgery through him, expect to get billed by Mount Ogden Surgical Center and Revere Health for the same procedure. Maybe that's just how it is in the medical world, but either way you cut it, he is a great doctor.
