I had a very disappointing experience here. I needed to schedule an appointment about six months after receiving a filling because part of it had deteriorated. On the day of my appointment, I arrived at approximately 1:08 for a 1:00 appointment and waited behind another patient at the front desk. Front desk is amazing. Michael not so much. I unfortunately have no other dentist near me thats approved by my insurance if you can find a different one I'd do so. He's rude and has no bedside manner. I wouldn't go here if avoidable. It gets worse. I gave in and went to the dentist because of pain. Now because of Michael, I will not be smiling ever again. He absolutely ruined my teeth. I had beautiful teeth that were white before I went to see him. Now after he works on them I have this horrible discoloration and more pain t... read more
Very disappointing experience. I went in to fix a broken filling on a back tooth, but the dentist only filled the top surface and left the broken back portion unrepaired. When I returned in pain, they pushed for a root canal instead of fixing the problem. The dentist ultimately admitted that part wasn’t filled but said he could not do it and still insisted on the root canal. Was so hopeful that I found a good new dentist. Got a filling and cleaning but then but after my bridge failed and I called for Weeks and left multiple messages with no return phone calls (getting completely ghosted by my dentist for a dental emergency was a new level of incompetence for me) I had to take my business elsewhere. Also pretty sure I will have to get the filling redone as well. Not recommended unfortunately. Faris is hands down one of the BEST dental assistants I’ve ever encountered. Beyond being insanely talented and knowledgeable, he’s kind, patient, and makes you feel completely at ease from start to finish.
