I had a great experience getting a post and crown. The staff from start to finish was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Schlissel was wonderful. He was friendly, payed closed attention to detail, did great with pain management, was quick and efficient. He has a lot of experience and my appointment time took half of what they quoted me. So overall, I’d highly recommend them. Just know that they’re sticklers about their 10 minute grace period, so be sure to get there early!
Horrible service, got asked to come in early just to wait for over an hour the staff is unprofessional, especially the front desk.. would highly recommend going to a different dentist office!!
Customer service has improved. They have a text line where their schedulers helped me find the best day and time to get the best care I can. I have faith again. Poor customer service, sub par bedside manner. Very Disappointed in how staff handled and canceled my last appt: I had an appointment last week. I'm sorry but I cannot recommend this dentist anymore. I came in today to get two fillings done which I was happy doing. Everything was going fine and then Michael started drilling. He drilled away all of my tooth and then told me now I have to get it extracted and didn't even do the other filling and now the tooth hurts when it wasn't before I came in.
