Have been to this office a few times now and each visit is a pleasant experience. I was able to get seen relatively quickly as a new patient, and the office staff are friendly. Dr. Schlissel does good work and the other hygienists are all knowledgeable and kind.
I have had work done here. My temp cap kept coming off. So now I have a permanent one that in a few weeks is loose. Everything just seems to take so long for them to do.
I had a great experience getting a post and crown. The staff from start to finish was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Schlissel was wonderful. He was friendly, payed closed attention to detail, did great with pain management, was quick and efficient. He has a lot of experience and my appointment time took half of what they quoted me. So overall, I’d highly recommend them. Just know that they’re sticklers about their 10 minute grace period, so be sure to get there early!
Horrible service, got asked to come in early just to wait for over an hour the staff is unprofessional, especially the front desk.. would highly recommend going to a different dentist office!!
Customer service has improved. They have a text line where their schedulers helped me find the best day and time to get the best care I can. I have faith again. I’m still very disappointed with the staff in how they handled and canceled my last appt: I had an appointment last week. I got out of work an hour early for it (cost me money). I drove an hour (cost me money and time). I got stuck in a construction zone so I made a courtesy call to the office to alert them that I’d be a few minutes late.
