the absolute worst experience as an employee.... he and his wife are mean and sabotage the whole experience!!! don't go there!!!!
I had horrendous cavities most of my life, and it seemed no matter how much I flossed and brushed, nothing made a difference. I realize now it wasn't my hygiene, it was my small town dentists! Not doing fillings properly. Also numbing needles have never seemed to work well on me, so it was always a miserable experience. I have been coming here for 5+ years and Dr. Saso and his staff have always been professional and competent. Like many people, I am not fond of going to the dentist, but when I do go to this office I know that the work I get done will be of high quality and I will have no discomfort when procedures are completed. My dental plan covers the majority of my dental work so I say that you get what you pay for. UPDATE: As a result of the pandemic, Dr Saso has left Ottawa to do a sabbatical in Toronto. Staff are nice enough and the place is well run, but please check BEFOREHAND what pain medication you will be prescribed for after your surgery. I was given nothing and advised to use tylenol, and if I hadn't had leftover pain meds from stomach surgery I really don't think I could have got through the first 48hrs afterwards.
A fantastic dentist, with excellent staff. Dr. Sasa is the best in the business. He is also held in very high esteem by others in his profession. I also have heard nothing but praise from all of his many patients over the years.
