Quick and efficient. Very personable and funny. Good sense of humor makes the appointment fun. Convenient he is attached to eye glass store. Staff are great!
He diagnosed conjunctivitis in one eye. They set up appt. with ophthalmologist, assuring me that that practice accepted my insurance co.. Wasted time going to appt, to find out otherwise. Left because I couldn't afford it... Notified Dr. Prince's office of error, seeking another referral, as I still needed medical attention. They just blew me off, by not responding to my voicemails, I was civil in all of my conduct, they just didn't want to be bothered, because their money trail had ended. Very unprofessional. I have been a patient of Dr. Michael Prince for more than 10 years. He is the most professional, informative, easy to talk to optometrist , I have ever seen. Dr. Prince really takes his time with each of his patients and helps us understand all of our options. I not only recommend Dr. Prince, but I would not trust my eyes with any other optometrist in Florida.
