Dr Michael S Nelson, is a good dentist best on my experience there, some nurse their have different levels of greatness or kindness.
I would not recommend this office solely based on their billing department. They submitted a claim late to our insurance company which resulted in the bill not being paid and then said we were responsible. We got a letter from insurance company and they still would not cover. Note: we have been a loyal customer for 8 years, will not be going back. Be aware!!!
I do not recommend this place. No after care instructions to the patient or patient's family after 2 erupted tooth/exposed root extractions (at the same time)... He was literally crying tears running down his face, groaning in PAIN, drooling blood, and they gave NO aftercare instructions and no talk of pain management. I've never been at a doctor's office where the care for the patient's pain is so brazenly...UN-cared for. These people need to learn how to set aside their personal feelings and actually help the patients. Don’t go here
I once had a tooth extracted there, it was a long procedure and expensive, then I asked to have my tooth extracted because they didn't even want to re-examine it, then I went to another dental clinic and they immediately did the extraction quickly, I think this clinic is expensive and taking too long to treat patients.
