Dr Moody takes time with you and explains everything to you. He listens very well and he very friendly. love my doctor.
This doctors office can be dangerous. The front staff is very rude with a smile. They will smile while literally talking about the patients in the presence of another patient. Then when you finally get to the doctor you are rushed. Nurse told me I had blood in my urine. I brought it up to doctor and he brushed me off and didn’t let me finish my question. Dr Moody is an excellent doctor always willing to listen and always have an answer to your problems love that he referred me to specialist to help me with my medical needs
Still waiting for the results of two blood tests to see what is exactly wrong, been long enough that I have paid the bills from the lab. No word from Dr office. Also sent email asking whats going on. No work yet.
Dr. Moody seems to be in a rush to get through as many patients as possible. He does not listen to complaints. I came in with three issues and after I barely finished describing the first one, he rushed me into his reception office so his staff could schedule an appointment with a specialist, then...no more Dr. Moody. I am currently searching for a new doctor.
Went to Dr. Moody for 2 years before I had to change doctors. Always long waits for appointments, nursing staff was rude, and even Dr. Moody was rude when I told him I didn't need an EKG for my annual physical because I had just got one the month before, he got very upset and angry with me when I finally had to tell him NO, it ain't happening!
I started seeing Dr. Moody 2001. He now sees my entire family. Any time we have an issue we are given an appointment in a timely manner, we get in and he takes care of whatever is bothering us. Dr. Moody is very professional and he knows what he is doing. Dr. Moody is the best.
