It was near impossible to get through to the office before but now it's actually impossible. They've stopped answering phones and switched to a callback system. I've been calling for days and have yet to receive a callback. I'm just calling to ask a question about my appointment. My husband and I have been going to the Calallen office for several years now and this particular office recently and we love it. We have always been able to call either office to schedule or cancel appointments which is very convenient.
