I placed a call for an appointment last week ...still waiting on a call back.
I have been with them for 5 years. I have been calling since June 2026 to make an appointment to go over findungs from a CT scan I got from a fall that was not related to the fall and concerning . Left several voice mails with no return calls. Looking for another primary it is now September 2026.
I can honestly say that this practice is one of the few that actually take the time to listen to your concerns and help you figure out a plan. Melissa Rock is amazing with both myself and my husband. She takes the time to listen and goes far beyond to ensure you are taken care of. Both my parents and many other family members are patients here as well and share the same thoughts as we do.
The worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. If you want to die go see him. If you want to live do not go see him. If you are not medical he will ignore you everything you say to him. Don't waste your time and money on this guy. I'd give him zero stars if I could.
Impossible to reach the office to set an appoinment. NO ANSWER TO PHONE CALLS . Office Is NOT RETURNING CALLS. THEY NEVER ANSWER YOU THE PHONE TO MAKE AN APPOINMENT. TERRIBLE SERVICE. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
