So very glad to have had Dr. Gurney do my colonoscopy... he is one of few doctors that really listen to your needs and concerns! He uses a very mild procedure for prep...pills, Miralax and Gatorade...this is the first time I didn't throw up...I was in and out before I knew it...very easy procedure! Would recommend Dr. Gurney to anyone! Helped having a positive outcome too! ??
I have been there two times and I have to say I have been treated very well, everyone is kind and considerate and Dr. gurney makes me feel comfortable. I want to thank everyone for their excellent bedside manner!!
Dr. Gurney has been treating my Crohn's Disease for over a decade now. He doesn't seem to mind that I can be a challenging patient at times. He always answers all of my questions with good solid scientific and medical evidence and research. He is great about responding quickly when I need quick treatment. His quick actions have saved me from many hospital visits and I feel my quality of life is much better because of how he has taught me to stay on top of my disease and be proactive. From scheduling to discharge planning following a colonoscopy, the care and attention to detail was superb. Patient instructions were clear, the prep was not bad at all (compared to my last 3 with different providers) and recovery was very quick thanks to expert anesthesia. Dr. Gurney reviewed the findings clearly. As an RN, I know excellent care when I see it. He's the best.

Dr Gurney and his staff are excellent. I’ve been seeing Dr Gurney for a little over 20 years. I’ve always been communicated with well. Due to the nature of my condition, I’ve needed careful monitoring which has involved many procedures over the years. The staff is accessible for questions while I’m preparing for the procedures. I had a great experience with the visit to Dr. Gurney. This office is highly organized and very well trained. Very friendly and compassionate, I was super impressed with the experience!
My experience at this office was excellent, from the nurse who checked me in to the nurse who walked me out. They are like a well-oiled machine with checks in place to make sure we were all clear as to the purpose of my visit. They answered all my questions, made sure I was comfortable, and explained each part of the procedure. Dr. Gurney was kind and personable. I would highly recommend this office and staff.
