I have been seeing Dr greenbaum for a long time on and off as I've moved around since I was a teenager. I really trust him and he listens well to my concerns.
Put Dr. Greenbaum into the category of a psychiatrist that only believes in medicating children, in my case, a 7 year old. I requested to speak with the Dr. after a recent appointment, and after 3 voicemail messages and an email, he granted me the privilege of a return call. Was very flippant and condescending in his responses. I asked if he ordered any medical tests to rule out medical issues before diagnosing my son with ADHD, and he simply responded, "No". Dr. Greenbaum has been our family dentist for years. He is a highly skilled dentist, and always professional. Most importantly for me, as an anxious patient, he always takes the time to make me feel at ease. Dr. Greenbaum's staff is wonderful! I am so Lucky to have Dr. Greenbaum taking care of me and my family!!!!!
Rarely available. Office staff is rude and overall doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Patients are just a paycheck....distant in the relationship....just signs scripts.
