Dr. Friedman is a great listener and has a desire to help his patients. He has been my primary care doctor since his office opened in Grovetown.
Dr. Friedman puts his clients and thier well-being before anything. He avoids overbooking at all cost, but when situations do come up, he clearly communicates them, and this is very seldom. He consistently follows up, always responds and keeps a smile on his face. His concern and care shows in everything he does. His honesty, knowledge and ability to help resolve any situation, even when he is not the doctor, and has to give a referral, he proves his kind and sincere soul. Today was my first appointment with Dr. Friedman. To say I was impressed with him would be an understatement. From the moment Dr. Friedman walked in the room, his presence made me feel at ease. He took his time getting to know me and my medical history. He not only asked questions but he listened, all the while, never diverting his attention elsewhere.
