Dr. Freitas is a wonderful Doctor. He is so very kind and knowledgeable. He listens to the explanation of your problem and has a remedy that always works. He is a busy man because his patients are his life. He likes everyone even if you yell at him because of the pain you are experiencing. He just takes it all in stride. My 91 year old mother, who you would think was 60 if you met her, had a recent issue with dizziness and falling. She asked some questions on the portal and received no reply. She contacted through the portal several more times, never received a reply. Dr Freitas called her the next day, told her they had replied to all her messages and suggested she find another doctor.
