I love Dr Freitas! He is my favorite doctor. He is very knowledgeable and always friendly!
Dr. Freitas is a wonderful Doctor. He is so very kind and knowledgeable. He listens to the explanation of your problem and has a remedy that always works. He is a busy man because his patients are his life. He likes everyone even if you yell at him because of the pain you are experiencing. He just takes it all in stride. My 91 year old mother, who you would think was 60 if you met her, had a recent issue with dizziness and falling. She asked some questions on the portal and received no reply. She contacted through the portal several more times, never received a reply. Dr Freitas called her the next day, told her they had replied to all her messages and suggested she find another doctor. Dr Freitas was amazing! His bedside manner in wonderful; kind, gentle and knowledgeable. He explained everything to my 89 year old mom and myself in terms that my mom could understand. She had a knee injection and never felt a thing! Everyone from UB Ortho Urgent Care, to the PA’s and his administrative staff were phenomenal!
Amazing doctor. All other orthos told me I couldn't heal my rotator cuff without surgery. Dr Freitas healed it with one PRP injection.
