"Five stars for the team and Dr. Dyal. The office staff is welcoming, and I value the doctor's straightforward, no-nonsense approach to care. It’s refreshing to get clear answers."
The staff is great. Dr Dyal, however, is very rude. I decline to have X-rays done (which is my right) and he ripped his gloves off, threw them down and stormed out. This is immature and unprofessional. I thought I was at a dentist office not a daycare dealing with a child.

Dr Dyal dismissed my complaints and ignored the main reason for my visit. I had my teeth cleaned while I was there and there was an issue with the machine midway through the cleaning, so they moved me to the next room telling me that it “Was just cleaned”, partially through the cleaning, I noticed there was dirt from someone’s shoes on the chair and can only hope that the machine was properly cleaned prior to being used on me. I am now having to visit a second dentist to get my initial complaint handled and am hoping I can a... read more
