This is not about a visit. Dr Rodriguez was my md for 6 years or so. Liked him very much but very hard to get an appointment. Told several times to go to a walk in clinic. Long waiting time. I was just told he would be in the office only one day a week! Next appointment available in several months!Who wants an md who is not available? Optum site states he is taking new patients!
Responsive with excellent PAs. I am very happy with this practice. I’ve been there for initial visit that was very thorough, for possible IBS and for run of the mill but persistent upper respiratory infection. Care was timely and appropriate.I don’t like the Optum app but maybe it’s just me and technology. Phone calls are still my comfort level for communication.
