Dr. Richards is an exceptional physician and a very kind, genuine person. I can't express in words my deep and sincere gratitude towards him. He is so attentive, caring, and compassionate. He educates you on your diagnosis, answers your questions, and takes time to make sure you feel comfortable about your treatment plus any other concerns you might have. You are treated as an individual who is heard. He is empathetic and dedicated. I always look forward to seeing him. He is truly wonderful!
The doctor is great but the serious issue is the billing. Before I went for surgery, I was told the total amount I would pay. I paid it on the day of surgery. Now I am in debt collection for a bill (I didn’t even know existed). If you look at Morris Anesthesia Group, you will see I am not the only one. You have a surprise bill, which is contradictory to the surprise billing act. Now, I am sent to collection with the possibility to have credit score impacted. Guys, use a different company for anesthesiology. Really tricky pro... read more
Dr. Richards is amazing. I send all my friends there. I had an upper bleph. He is the best at what he does and I have also seen Dr. Nagle who I believe owns the practice on a follow up and she was very kind I highly recommend this practice
