Never had a problem with doctor renner but with his new Bonaire location they are over billing and adding things that didn't happen. Called and billing refuses to make amends for over charging. Watch your bills, Mohammad Al-Shroof is trying to squeeze more out of you. I've spoken to others im not the only one with frequent billing issues. Sorry Renners.
I have not met Dr. Renner yet but I will soon. Today i went to the office in Bonaire for my blood work appointment. I am a heart patient who recently had a 100% coronary artery blockage with 3 stents put in about 2 months ago. Yesterday i went to the ER because of symptoms that were similar to previous ones. The metric used to measure a possible heart attack is Troponin level which if it increases is a good indicator. They seem high but are a stable high. My frustration is not with Dr Renner or Dr Desart but with his ill equipped staff. From not EVER answering the phones (most times I have to physically go to the office to get assistance from his staff), to not calling back when a voicemail is left, to leaving my husband without his needed prescriptions because of faults of the staff. One of the worst doctors I have ever had. His bedside manner is demeaning and rude. He doesn’t take the time to answer questions or explain anything. He comes into appointments angry like he doesn’t want to be there and is frustrated if you express concerns or question his diagnosis.
