Do not go here. The staff is rude, inconsiderate, unhelpful, they hang up on you, they charge you for visits you never had. Very bad customer service. Find someplace else.
I happened to look up the number for my dr at behavioral healthcare and see there is a ton of bad reviews for this company. I don’t know why cause my experience with here is the opposite! I have been going here for more than 7 years and they always have taken great care of me!! I also see people are talking bad about Mala? I don’t get it cause she is awesome! Just another review about how horrendous this office is. I have been a patient of Dr. Rachman's in the past. I called today to make an appointment. Mala barked "are you a new patient?! He's not taking new patients!!" As I tried to respond that I am not a brand new patient she SHOUTED, "HE'S NOT TAKING NEW PATIENTS. Not for 5 years!!" Trust the bad reviews guys! I was a patient there for years and left because of the incompetence and foul mouthed office staff. Mala ( even her name means bad in Spanish lol. Fitting) and Elizabeth are both capital B words. They argue, demand that u pay or they cancel appointments and do not follow their own policy for anything. They charge your card without telling you.
