Wow big new change to the office. Real nice!! Doc Y did great. Gave a tweak to meds to help with a cough issue. Hope it works.

The new, and improved facility.
The Dr. never seems to be able to remember patient history even when he has the chart in hand. He also only seems to hear the beginning of a sentence before checking out and making a decision. This of course means poor diagnoses. I had to diagnose myself based on information that the Dr. had in his hand but couldn't put together. Thankfully he did actually listen and I was finally able to get n the right treatment. He also often seems rushed. The office in general has forgotten they are a servic
