Dr Toohey was rude and disrespectful to me and my client. He refused to speak to him assuming he was confused even though he is not, does not understand power of attorney and need for incapacity. He was fine with him signing a check to pay him but not signing consent to treatment. Dr.Toohey and his frint desk receptionist are rude, ignorant and lacking compassion. We fired him and would rather travel hours and pay double than go back there.
