Dr. Moran recommended no relief from my issue. Didn't even recommended a cortisone shot . Told me to get a brace and ointment never telling what ointment or setting me up with a brace. I think I'm going back to my original doctor who properly diagnosed my problem. I went there to establish a relationship with Connecticut orthopedic for future surgery on my thumb cause I like their surgical center and close proximity to my house. Over the weekend the finger Thomas Moran, M.D. said needed trigger finger surgery went viral – the tendon snapped or something. Finger was swollen 50% above normal, and ecchymotic. Called his office Monday morning - couldn’t see me until Tuesday. Told Billing Dept. my retirement (social security) check not due until Wednesday, and need to defer copayment until then. John Irving did my both of my aunts knees and I met someone else who had their knee also done by him.He is a stickler for the best outcome! Very fastidious and very personable! Highly recommend!
