The Oral Rehabilitation and Periodontics office has an outrageous missed appointment penalty. It requires a 72 hour notice to avoid a $225.00 fine. The reason cited is that Dr Ramos is a surgeon. However he charges the same rate even for a missed dental assistant cleaning. The office manager says it isn't charged if there is a good reason. Dr. Ramos is the kindest person & his staff is wonderful as well..it truly was a pleasant experience getting an extraction sinus lift & implant placed they made it comfortable. I would recommend them over & over to everyone & anyone i know!!! BEST PLACE
I recently had a second gum graft at Michigan Oral Rehabilitation and Periodontics. I have been very pleased with this office. Dr. Ramos is very professional and highly skilled. I do not know how he does what he does. He is a very talented periodontist. He takes time to answer all questions and personally calls after each procedure. Amazing! I was so elated to be recommended to Dr Ramos, he and his nurse Melody are friendly, kind and super caring! They even stayed overtime because I had a bad abscess from a root canal that has bothered me ever since I had the root canal done 14-15 months ago. I have had to go to urgent care every month for over a year because I was having ear and sinus infections and even went through sinus surgery thinking it would help. there should be 6 stars. Michael Ramos saved my life. For 2 1/2 yrs no one could tell me what was wrong with ny gums. was wrongfully told by 2 other dentists that i had an auto immune disease. no cure + could cause cancer. Dr. Ramos took a biopsy + sent it in, was cancer. He sent me to Dr. Ramierez who sid surgery of my gums, took all of my bottom teeth out except one. I have 3 more months to wait for bone to heal, before he can place implants and another dentist to make me a bridge. i could have died ??!!!!
