No longer in Madison Heights.
Try to get him or his office to send disability forms, pathetic service. Ended up having to get copies each time and sending myself. Took off oxygen, then on next visit asked why I wasn't using it. Should retire.
While waiting for my breathing test, the front desk lady, Katrina, was making phone calls and listening to voice mails on speaker phone. I heard multiple people’s full names, birthdays, phone numbers, and reason for visits. I know if I found this out, that someone else was hearing my information, I would be very upset. The lack of professionalism is astounding. Not only did I hear the phone conversations but I also saw her making rude faces to the phone while patients were speaking.
No problem with the doctor. Was a patient for years. Once the original staff left service is non existent. New staff is rude and seems incompetent. Left and couldn't be happier
I like Dr laffer he's all about business, and very truthful. Excellent service
