The doctor is professional and explained plans of treatment. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Facey Medical, has great medical staff. The doctor today made me laugh. He saw my nerves and put me at ease. Did not rush the appointment. He discussed all option in depth. Love it. Thanks for the great service from doctors, nurses and lab workers. I felt well taken of.
Came here ONCE two years ago for an ear infection and paid my no insurance payment ..Flash forward two years later I get a bill not from Facey but a COLLECTIONS company are you kidding me for what !!!??... Turns out the receptionist used my old address on my ID to send the remaining post-base fee charge. All this even though the forms I filled out were to my new address and I verbally told them I did not live at the address on my ID anymore .... THANKS FACEY MISSION HILLS FOR RUINING MY CREDIT!
