Dr Dick is supposedly out on medical retirement. His patients were not notified by anyone within his office and basically forced to find other means to have their dental devices sought after through other dental offices. I believe his patients and the offices who have taken on his patients were deliberately thrown under the bus and no explanation given other than word of mouth and hear say. Dr.Bob, Amy an the rest of his staff are awesome people.i went there so Dr.Bob could try an fix partials that mathis dental had just made for me.mathis dental sent me away with partials i couldn't wear.after waiting months for them.Dr.Bob worked a miracle , for me.He replaced the ill fitting partials, with one i can actually wear, speak with an eat with.Thank you all at Dr.Bobs office.you take you time to do a great job.i really appreciate that.yay.now i can smile again!
This office is great. The staff are all friends and helpful. I really like Dr Dick and his staff. I brought my adult daughter to see him after a dentist near her place in Canada tried to tell her she had over 10 cavities. Turned out she had none, she needed a cleaning and a crown. They worked with us to make her dental care fit into her vacation time here and helped us make the cost fit our pocketbook. I can not recommend dr Dick more. If you need a dentist that is caring and honest then this is where you need to be.
Great office and staff! Professional and gentle care! Reasonable fees and beautifully decorated office!
