Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I was on edge Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything! Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Was this family doctor friendly? Friendly Enough

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They alwa... read more
