I sent my husband to him because he opened an office close to where I went for my PC. He was not comfortable with her anyway and she refused to take him anyway. He couldn't be happier. I am so glad my husband has a doctor he truly loves to see. Dr. Roberts took care of a problem he had been dealing with since retirement and now he is great. I just saw the NP and she was awesome. If you work a normal 8 to 5 job during the week, this is not the doctor for you. Their policy is you have to come in for all lab results. I had to take off 3 hours of work and waited an hour after my appointment time so the nurse practitioner could tell me I was a little low in B vitamin (when low you feel more sleepy) and needed to take a multivitamin. Wow, so impressed with Dr. Roberts. He is like finding a hidden gem. Reminds me of the way doctors use to be. Kind soft spoken, cocerned, focusing on the patients well being. He even has someone in the room taking notes so he can focus on the patients. Then when he provides treatment you know he's the real deal and knows his trade. In a fast paced medical world that has often lost it's compassion, it was so refreshing to find him. No wonder people drive so far to see him. I take my father there has been his Dr for many years. I figured I might start going there. Until they handed me a form stating I would give him money if I missed a apointment. Wow...i might understand if I were to miss one. For that matter maybe he should pay us if we wait....to me that turned me off enough that I will be looking for a new Dr for me and my father. What happened to Drs that chair about patients more than corporate set up for money.
Dr Roberts has been my Dr for years he started out being my mothers Dr. and because he was able to handle this difficult task I decided he should be my Dr as well .. plus he's easy on the eyes lol... but as a Dr he is caring and makes you feel like you matter ... But don't know if I want to say nice things about him because hes so popular now that hes getting difficult to see .... Love my Dr for sure
