Long story short...I had a full blown panic attack and the staff was absolutely magnificent. They were collectively instrumental in getting me through it and making me feel safe as well. Panic attacks are scary and a bit embarrassing. They made both as minimal as possible.
Very efficient and helpful as well as reassuring
Michael has such a great easy rapport with his patients. He’s pragmatic and forthcoming with strategies to elevate issues. What he has they don’t teach in medical school but it is invaluable to a physician and greatly appreciated by the patient.
I arrived 15 minutes early. Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time. Watched people get called back that arrived an hour after I arrived. Went to desk to inquire about the situation. Was told that they had several doctors there and mine was running late. Waited 10 more minutes and was escorted back to an exam room. Waited 15 minutes before the doctor arrived. Doctor examined me for 12 minutes, gave vague comments about my condition and told me to keep going to physical therapy and 'we'll keep the next appointment open.'So... read more
