If I could give them zero stars I would… Dr. Michael P. Kimball violated my rights (as a patient and as a human being capable of making my own decisions) by canceling my surgery for no reason without my permission or knowledge of it. Very unprofessional, no source of communication whatsoever. His assistant Jackie even worse and very incompetent of doing her job, and so was the office manager Heidi which was no good for anything… I will definitely report them to all the hospitals affiliated with and I’m contacting my lawyers ... read more

After waiting more than a week for a response from the office manager, I am compelled to share my experience here. I have left very few reviews before now. I waited almost 2 months for my visit in this office. Before that I spent a month just trying to schedule with them, waiting more than a week and getting no response after each call I made to set an appointment. Over the years i have been treated by Dr Kimball for knee pain, a broken ankle and most recently a torn rotator cuff ligament. Each treatment resolved with improved condition. Each time he emphasized that surgery is not the first option & ordered physical therapy as the first treatment. The first two resolved without surgery. The last would only resolve with surgery since the ligament was completely detached. Since the surgery & PT I have regained full range of motion & still working on strength. He knows what he’s doing.
