Dr. Hicken and staff are very professional and friendly. Dr. cares about your health and know your medical history before your appointment even starts. Never rushes you out.

Dr Hicken has been my doctor for about 3 years and all of my experiences with he and his staff have been perfect. He’s helpful, honest and encourages his patients to take personal responsibility for not living a healthy lifestyle.
I appreciate that he is knowledgeable of the latest test recommendations, and that he avoids prescribing excessive testing that is unlikely to provide good value. However, he makes sure to inform patients of other tests that are available to give them the opportunity to make their own decisions about how much testing to perform. I also appreciate that he uses modern testing equipment, such as a machine for annual blood tests (e.g. cholesterol) that avoids the need for a full blood draw.
