This provider is rude and haste. He does not adjust with the times and seems to be upset with the changes in medicine.
I went to Dr. Fragen and I had an excellent experience. He is personable and quite honestly is the best. I had botox done and filler and I was 100% satisfied. My daughter suggested Dr. Fragen after she had gone to him. We had both gone to another doctor and that was a scam! Dr. Fragen knows what he is doing and you won't be disappointed.
Very bad doctor. Very rude. He shouldn't even be dealing with patients. He is a scam. After he takes your money he dosnt6know you. I went to him for a procedure he was nice and told me to contact him if I have any question. The next day I felt something and text him his response to me was go to ER. Without even. Ask what was wrong. I contacted him because he did a terrible job.
