AFter two visits with this hateful and snide doctor, I gave up. I was nervous about seeing him after reading many bad reviews. I went with an open mind and left feeling sorry for his employees. HE would not make eye contact and did no examination. IN my opinion , he appeared agitated and extremely angry , even though I did not know him . There are quite a few reviews of his bahavior at other sites from patients who had even worse experiences with him.
THe reviews about Dr Dohrenwend berating his patients seemed hard to believe , BUT BELIEVE THEM and stay away from him. IT is also true that he will not look at his patient , talks to the wall, and makes sour denigrating remarks, which is why his office is empty. HE asked me no questions, did NO examination, would not make eye contact, and interrupted me hatefully after every question I tried to ask. Daughter was having weird digestive issues and he was able to diagnose her within 10 minutes of talking to her and confirmed diagnosis after 1 round of tests and get her on a treatment plan that was very effective.
Extremely competent,actually LISTENS to you, very thorough, friendly. Highly recommend.
