Dr Chin killed my son. My son came in via EMT for multiple cuts and suicidal it says it on all the records how he planned to kill himself. My son reached out for help to this doctor. Dr. Chin gave him 37 stitches from self inflicted wounds. That is a LONG time to be with a patient stitching him up.
