This dentist is not to be trusted. He appears kind at first, and then gives you a list of things that supposedly needs to be fixed that seems very excessive. When this patient did not want to do all of the recommended work, the dentist became irate, raising his voice at patient, and becoming intimidating and incredibly unprofessional. It was shocking. Avoid this guy. He is a SCAMMER!!!!!

Cold sensitive and pain! I needed a crown but a temporary filling would have worked until insurance kicked in. I had another dentist give me a crown for insurance purposes awhile back. The Dr. was upset that I did this. Pay $400 co pay or $1,300; what would you do? Then he refused to do a filling siting that if he did one that I would just chew it up since I clench my teeth. Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. Dr. O'Callahan is a very gently dentist and he makes me laugh even during dental treatment ... something I never thought was possible. The office looks like an art gallery with exception photos from all voer the place! He is apparently a great dentist AND an photographer! My kids love going there. They actually count down the days. Way different than when I was a kid! SO I recommend Dr. O and his really awespme staff without reservation!

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
