Bunch of jerks at the practice . I would give them 1 out 10 for their service including the practice manager janielle whose completely out of her mind and very uncourteous , doesn’t know how to speak or treat incoming patients either. A real haunting - Bad experience , not so good with Unexperienced set of doctors and hygienists either : hence Donot recommend this practice at all .
Went to Dr.O for regular cleaning and needed to have a tooth pulled. He and staff were extremely curteous and attentive. During the tooth extraction Dr.O made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Highly recommend!

I spoke with 2 very incompetent front office people i forget the others name but the main one was MISTY. She needs to be fired as of the day she started. She was supposed to call me back and never did and then gave me incorrect information which caused confusion between me and another staff member. She proceeded to argue with me and tell me I was wrong when I recorded our conversation and listened to it a few times before I called to assure I wasnt missing anything.
