My husband and I have been going to Dr. Ng for over 20 years now, and have always been very satisfied with our service. Yesterday, I had a procedure done, and I was really nervous about it. Had a tooth ache at the beginning of August and needed the tooth that was already filled twice to be filled again. Was given an appointment for Sept 30th. Was in excruciating pain and called back to see if anything could be done sooner and was put on cancellation list. Ended up in ER with infection. Staff at BGH were excellent but could only focus on infection. They were shocked by the wait time and prescribed a more accessible dentist along with antibiotics. Excellent staff, Dr. Mike is a gentle compassionate dentist who has accommodated our family, most times on short notice. Been going to them for over 20 years and never experienced what some 1 star reviewers describe as intolerant mistreatment of ANY kind. Super nice and kind, hard to believe these poor reviews.
