I have only been seeing Dr.Nelson for a few months. I have never had a Dr listen to what I believe my body needs. I asked for an MRI from my previous provider for 4 years. Dr. Nelson has the order in for one in only 5 days. The results came back quickly and though it revealed serious issues, Dr. Nelson dealt with it one step at a time. Dr Nelson is a kind and caring doctor who is knowledgeable and capable of explaining things In a way you can understand. He also takes your mental health seriously and treats mental health with the same respect as every other aspect of health. He has gone above and beyond any Dr I have had in the past. They only give 5 stars on here but I'd give Dr Nelson 10/10.
It has taken me a long time to find a Dr. in North Platte that I can actually trust and feel like they have my best interest at heart. It hasn't always been every answer I wanted to hear, but every answer was given with respect, sincerity, and integrity. I truly respect and I'm grateful to have found such a caring doctor.
Since I have been seeing Dr. Nelson in about August 2022, he has been my primary doctor for a reason. He’s not the type of doctor that simply not that you as if he’s listening, and he’s not listening.
