Staff is often rude and unprofessional, all appearing rushed. Rushed staff under pressure leads to concerns about safety of care and adherence to appropriate hygiene protocol. Extremely long wait times reveals a breakdown in scheduling leading to delays and poor patient satisfaction. Today I waited 1 hour beyond my scheduled time, and this is the 3rd time this has happened. I have total confidence in dr Morris. The staff is friendly knowledgeable and efficient too
Comprehensive review indicated no issues....have experienced excessive brightness....surgeon indicates additional time will likely solve the issue
On time. Very friendly staff. Dr. Morris explained things thoroughly and took his time to make sure my questions were addressed. I have surgery the first part of March and will update with outcomes post cataract removal.
