Staff is often rude and unprofessional, all appearing rushed. Rushed staff under pressure leads to concerns about safety of care and adherence to appropriate hygiene protocol. Extremely long wait times reveals a breakdown in scheduling leading to delays and poor patient satisfaction. Today I waited 1 hour beyond my scheduled time, and this is the 3rd time this has happened.
