He is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is very caring and informative. Dr Albrecht has done 2 surgeries on my wrist and you can not tell I had surgery. Beautiful work.
Dr.Michael M Albrecht, Is super rude! Not Professional at all let alone a specialist! He did not help me one bit.My regular doctor is way more professional than this man! He ruined my day and made me feel even worse! I will not be going back, and just disappointed that I got no where I just wanted some answers as why and how long this shoulder pain will last! My husband had a bad fall of 14 feet from the attic of our home. We had ARA do a MRI of his right knee which showed a broken bone and severe swelling of the soft tissue. Dr Albrecht refused to review our ARA reports and was very rude and refused to listen to our concerns. As a former 30 year medical rep , I was appalled at his assertion that my husband should not be in any pain and implied that we should stop complaining and get out of his office. What a total loser! Really rude to say the least. The staff were very nice. I showed for a 10:15 appointment at 10:00 and was quickly ushered in to an exam room. At 11:05 I had asked a passing nurse if they had forgotten about me. She said no and that I was next. At 11:15 the Dr. and one of his assistance entered there office across from my exam room. I stated that I’ve been there an hour waiting. Dr. Albrecht said that he was with a patient and rudely stated that I could leave if I wanted. So I left. Unfortunately I had to give 1 star to be able to comment. I do not recommend this doctor! Waited in the exam room for 30 minutes then let the front desk know we hadn't been seen yet. She said to give her a minute to see where the doctor was. 15 minutes later still hadn't been seen. If a patient is 15 minutes late to an appointment, they won't see you or have to reschedule. If the doctor is 45 minutes late...well that gives me the right to walk out and never go back!
