Medical staff is not the problem. Administrative employees are rude, impolite, and non negotiable when a insurance problem should of been resolved within the office the day of the procedure not day after. Telling patient your examine was not coved and owe us an outrageous amount for a simple cleaning. Very disappointed in these people's actions.
