We've seen Dr. Mike for a number of different issues and he and his staff have been outstanding every step of the way.
Love Dr. Mellis and his office. He is kind, engaged and conservative in his approach. After a bad experience with another doctor’s office, we are so happy we landed with him. A previous doctor “left it up to me” to decide on whether my daughter’s tonsils should be removed (not to mention the office staff was near impossible to reach and rude when you did talk to them). Dr. Mellis is very kind, patient and knowledgeable doctor. My husband has been a patient of his for over 20 years. We didn't have to wait long to see him, and he offered several options to help with my husband's issues.
My 5 year old son started having hearing difficulty in mid December. We took him to see an audiologist in early January. They said he can't hear below 40d and needs tubes due to significant fluid build up. I schedule with Dr. Mellis to evaluate and hopefully perform this procedure. The earliest they could see him was in three weeks. We asked to be put on a call list in case anyone canceled before our appointment since we were desperate to have our son hear again.
