Prior to making the appointment I gave them my insurance info and they told me I was covered. I walked into my appointment handed them my card and they said they were not sure if I was covered. I said I have to use my insurance and I when I made the appointment the woman on the phone told me I was covered. A few women talked and went online and said oh yes you are covered is it March ins I said I think so and they said oh yes it is. They want me to purchase an extra eye test for $39 and I say no and they say oh both dr highl... read more
Dr Madigan is a wonderful Doctor I have seen him for years he is very kind and patient with all his patients . I have been a patient of his for many years he always make me feel very comfortable and I love him he’s an excellent doctor . I highly recommend him to all patients .
Dr Madigan is thorough and competent but the staff is very rude and condescending, especially the woman who does the preliminary tests. The glasses are ridiculously expensive; the glasses I bought from them are the most uncomfortable (and expensive) pair I've ever had. I will be going to Dutchess Optometry from now on, where everyone is friendly and helpful.
