This practice is awful! I was forced to see a PA for my first visit who basically said there wasn’t anything they could do except throw more antidepressants at my muscle pain. Then on the next visit with Dr Lott he said that because my BMI is too high that he wouldn’t touch me and neither would any other pain doctors. He never addressed the reason for my pain except to say that all the meds he would give me ( which were all antidepressants) I have already tried. I Love all the staff at both locations that I've visited in Dallas and Douglasville. Dr. Lott is hands up the best doctor in this field. Not only is he the best at treating your pain but he has the best personality of most doctors you'll ever meet! Thanks to all of you at these two locations and I would definitely refer any and all of my family and friends that have a need that they can handle. God Bless you All. 🙏❤️
The office staff at this office is absolutely horrible!!! I was able to schedule my first appointment only with a referral. They told me to take physical therapy first and then come back. Then sent me a bill for missing an appointment that I never scheduled. Have left multiple messages to schedule a follow up appointment. Never received a call back. Will not continue to waste my time with this place.
Everyone is nice to your face, especially Dr. Lott. But he is NOT paying attention and has significantly INCREASED my pain. I held for 45 minutes today just to leave a message. Office charges the “maximum allowed” price for services. Brace guy said I shouldn’t get a bill. $4000 charge for a brace that is too big for me and that is available for $250 online. And they won’t take it back even though I have never taken it out of the bag. Dr. Lott’s services are $1000 per visit. And he’s not even listening. 🥲
