Everyone is nice to your face, especially Dr. Lott. But he is NOT paying attention and has significantly INCREASED my pain. I held for 45 minutes today just to leave a message. Office charges the “maximum allowed” price for services. Brace guy said I shouldn’t get a bill. $4000 charge for a brace that is too big for me and that is available for $250 online. And they won’t take it back even though I have never taken it out of the bag. Dr. Lott’s services are $1000 per visit. And he’s not even listening. 🥲

A big thank you to Dr. kamath for being such a tremendous doctor... when I was blown off and the given excuses why they “couldn’t help me” he was able to help. Hands down if you need someone to take time to help you, and figure out what’s causing you pain, he’s your doctor.
