Saw this gentlemen for a consult regarding a possible procedure. His response was he did not believe the procedure was necessary but if I was willing to help fund his kids college education he would do this UNECCESARY surgical proceedure anyways. So not only was he willing to perform an unecessary surgery he was basically soliciting me to defraud my health insurance company by having them pay for an unecessary medical proceedure.
