I love Dr. LaMastra's office. Ive been coming to him my whole life. Great staff. I've never had an issue. I get my teeth cleaned routinely and even got my braces on and removed here.
If I could give a negative number I would. They missed a crack in my tooth and a cavity and did a horrible job cleaning my teeth that caused me to have to go to another dentist for horrible pain that was tarter that was taken off my tooth but not cleaned away properly so sunk down and was sitting on my nerve causing the horrible pain. This place is a joke
After years of good service, I was very disappointed at having to wait so long to be taken in for my appt- with no explanation or apology. I walked out after waiting 45 mins and never heard a word. I guess customers are easily replaced.
