“Doctor” Michael L Smith, what a joke!! Went in as a brand new patient with critical pain not just chronic pain. Remember, 1st ever visit. “Dr” has a nasty head cold, where he’s coughing, sniffing, watery eyes. Touching me with bare hands without consideration! My wife currently is going through breast cancer with a subpar immune system and this clown is trying to send me home with a virus to pass on to her! Very professional. Answers questions very knowledgeable pleasant mannerisms
I am a very difficult case as I have several things that affect my health in a serious way. On one occasion Dr Smith actually saved my life. His intelligence is second to none. He is never in a rush and doesn’t care if he spends an hour with you, which he’s done with me several times. Dr Smith has called me in the evening to go over my labs because he thought there was something he deemed important. I wish all doctors would have this type of work ethic.
A great great doctor!!! A calm and very intelligent person. Very compassionate and caring doctor. Staff are very nice and fast in their responses, by email or phone.
Dr. Smith is compassionate, caring and truly listens to his patients. You never feel rushed and take time to address your concerns. Excellent doctor. My husband and I have been with him for 11 years. He is a great doctor and a wonderful person.
