He cares. He's prepared before the call! Goes beyond the norm because he's smart and sees options and takes the action on them. He is a good doctor. I trust his expertise and his commitment to his craft.
Throughout my treatment with him he invalidated my symptoms and pain at every step of the way. Would not prescribe tests that not only would rule out certain causes of symptoms, but would've also given me peace of mind. He has been condescending to my face, maybe thinking I'm too stupid to notice. He is not a good doctor in the ways that matter.
Dr. Kwok has treated me for the past 10 years. i drive 2 hours to see him because he is such a great Physician.

Dr. Kwok couldn't care less about your concerns. I had been a patient of his for 8 years. Makes you wait 1 hour in waiting area, 45 minutes in the check up room, and then spends 7 min. telling you his conclusion. I take vacation time during the work to schedule and then he has complete disrespect for my time. I showed up early for my appt. today. After waiting 40 min., I inquired about the wait. Was told he is with a patient AND there is another patient ahead of me. Will be >1 hour. I left.
